1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. In a bowl, combine sugar, evaporated milk, eggs, pumpkin, salt and pumpkin pie spice and mix thoroughly. 3. Pour mixture into pie shell. 4. Bake in oven preheated to 425 degrees F for 15 minutes. 5. Lower oven to 350 degrees and continue baking for 35 minutes. 6. Let cool before cutting and serve with Cool Whip. |
